New to Maryland, how ecstatic I was to realize there’s a Bobby’s Burger spot near my new residence as he’s my favorite chef! Ordered my food and even a cocktail while I anxiously awaited for my food to cook. Got all the way home Only to realize that they didn’t put my BURGER in my bag. It’s a burger spot, how do you forget my burger!? After calling for 20 minutes with no answer I gave up as it’s now closing time. So now I’m pissed and hungry. Great first impression guys!
I just placed an order with the nicest server ever. Parient and professional!!!! This is my 2nd time here. Love the food. The inside of the restaurant is amazing!!!!
Decent burger and fries, but pricey. Soda options are lame. Nothing beats five guys
Not sure about the bad reviews, which had kind of scared me off this place, so I want to give it a shout out. Got a totally solid burger (palace classic) and a big serving of good sweet fries for $12. Came out fast and fresh. Maybe the secret is to go off peak hours- I was there at 3pm.
Over cooked burger with an over cooked egg on top. At least the bacon was tasty. When I told the server I was not pleased, she said I am so sorry. No manager spoke to me. I will not be returning.
