This was my second visit as a result of my car being swiped in a parking lot. I contacted Kirk Willis again, just two days after I picked my car up from C&D Auto Body for previous damage repair after being rear-ended. Like my first visit, the second visit was a pleasant experience. The team at this auto body shop (not to be confused with C & D Auto Service) is friendly, professional and accommodating, even the driver who dropped me off at the metro. Great customer service and my Q50 looks great.
Great help but my car ended up being totalled out anyway lol. Thanks for having fun eith a bullet in my frame!
I would have to say this was my first experience dealing an accident and I was very nervous, did not really know how to handle this, but going to C&D Auto Shop was very comforting. My truck looks amazing. I am so happy I went here. I would recommend this auto shop to any and everyone. The staff is very understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. I am so please with the service I have received.
If zero stars were an option I would have put that because I DO NOT Recommend this Body Shop!! I chose this place because it was on my insurance list. They told me my car would be ready in two weeks and that they’d update me about the repairs. In fact they took OVER A MONTH to repair my car and they did not update me. When they called to say my car was ready for pickup I went and part of the job was DONE BADLY and I had to leave it for almost a whole extra week! I took it because I needed it but it’s still not fully repaired!! The woman in the office was VERY RUDE and wanted me to accept the car as is. When I wanted the job done correctly the manager Jose said I was being very picky and difficult. This place charged over $5,000 for my car repair and one would hope it would be done right. After this experience I will NEVER bring my car there again!! I suggest you choose your own body shop and not pick it from the insurance company list!
