Absolutely love this place. Made an appointment to get my battery looked at. Turned out I needed a new battery and a terminal. Once I approved the work order, I was in and out of there in no time. The guy Tony that helped me was awesome. I will definitely go there again. Reasonable prices and great customer service. Glad to have this shop close to home.
Visited this location based on a recommendation from a friend that they are very honest. Definitely will be going back for any future car needs. Went in without an apt. first thing in the morning needing an engine light diagnostic, they diagnosed my car, told me what needed to be done, and had it fixed in about an hour. Needless to say I was ecstatic to have everything done and back on the road quickly all for a good price!
I've been going to this Meineke for a few years and would highly recommend it. Steve and Tony are great. I have a 2006 Subaru Forester that I love dearly and try to take good care of, and they've kept it in great shape with honest assessments of what is needed, at fair prices. I also believe Tony has personally owned Subarus, so he knows them pretty well. This is the kind of shop where you don't have to worry about getting ripped off - case in point, they just did a job for me that took an hour less than the quoted labor time and knocked the price down. It took me a while when I first moved to Maryland to find a shop I felt like I could trust, and this is it. Hopefully this review helps someone else find it sooner than I did!
I've been going to this Meineke for my past 4 oil changes and I have had wonderful, quick service for each one. I also appreciate their honesty and that they don't try to push me on other unnecessary services or products :) They're the best
I could not be more pleased with the service my car got here. my brakes were in BAD shape, as I hadn't had them serviced in almost a decade. I was expecting to spend a crazy amount of money, and also be told all kinds of other things need to be taken care of. not only was I wrong about the cost, but they also fixed one of my brake lights and the light on my license plate (things I also knew I needed, but was going to save for another day) all for much less than I expected it would be. they were also done with my car in just a few hours, and everyone could not have been nicer! I'll definitely be returning for all my car service needs. thank you so much!
