Terrible experience and very rude staff... Ordered a book online expedited and the shipping was ridiculously slow(about 3 days past the estimated delivery time frame). When I asked about the shipping they kept saying there was nothing they could do... I would definitely not recommend

Please don't support this business anymore! I used to love shopping at Bookholders because they have good prices, but I don't anymore because they got my order wrong and refused to do anything about it except offer me a refund, which they made clear to me was going out of their way. (I ordered a book with NO writing in it and they gave me one that had writing) Really?? I needed the book for my class and didn't have time to wait to get one on Amazon, so I asked that they let me exchange it with a copy that didn't have writing (they had like 3-4 other copies) but they refused. They were very rude and short with me and treated me like I was stupid, repeating over and over again that "there was nothing they could do." So at the last minute they begrudgingly offered me a $5 off coupon for a purchase $50-$99 that expired in 5 days. Lol. After I'd already gotten all my books for the semester. What an insult!
Get textbooks here! Much better prices than the university book store, plus many of the books are being sold by students so you are helping others rather than just supporting barns and nobles
